Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree:

1. the services described in this application have been provided or are soon to be provided and any invoice(s) has not been disputed or challenged;
2. the fee disclosed in any invoice(s) represents a proper and reasonable charge for services rendered;
3. you authorise QuickFee Australia Pty Limited ABN 75 135 670 674, (“QuickFee”) to pay the amount due to the service provider named in this application;
4. you will be required to pay QuickFee all amounts according to the Payment Schedule set forth in this application, even if you have a dispute with the service provider; 
5. this agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales;
6. in the unlikely event of any changes to this agreement (such as the transaction amount or description of how the transaction amount will be determined, the transaction currency, how the stored credentials will be used, timing and frequency of transactions, expiration date of the agreement, length of any trial period, introductory offer or promotional period), you will be notified at the email address provided by you; and
   
7. refunds from QuickFee are not possible. Whether the service provider you are paying allows for refunds would be governed by the agreement (such as an engagement letter) or other contract you have with that service provider.

Notice

If you wish to notify us in writing about anything relating to this agreement, you should write to QuickFee, Suite 4.07, 10 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153. We will notify you by sending a notice in the ordinary post to the address you have given us in the QuickFee Payment Plan Contract. Any notice will be deemed to have been received on the third banking day after posting.
